How fast can you remove content?
Timelines vary by platform. Some removals happen within 1-2 days, while tougher cases may take up to 10 days. Most content is removed within 1-2 weeks. We keep you updated throughout the process. If content isn't removed within 30 days, we offer options including a full refund. This varies depending on the publishing website and the nature of the content involved.

In some cases, content removal can be as fast as 24-72 hours, but in more difficult cases it can take up to 30 days. The average removal time is 1 week and if we have not removed the content within 60 days, we will issue you a full refund. We’ll also keep you up-to-date on the progress of your content removal.

Does it matter if I've already tried to remove it myself?
Previous failed attempts rarely affect our success rate. Our specialized approach often works even when your own efforts didn't.Since you only pay for successful removals, there's no risk in letting us try even if you've been unsuccessful before.
What if I've already responded to a negative review I want removed?
We suggest temporarily removing your responses during our process. Responses can make the negative content seem more legitimate to platforms, making removal harder. We'll advise when to remove responses, and you can always add them back later if needed.
What happens after the content is removed? Can it come back?

Removal is permanent, and it is extremely rare for it to re-appear; if for any reason it does come back, the original agreement still applies and we will work to remove it again.Please note that some websites will temporarily remove the content while they evaluate whether to permanently remove it. This does not count as a “successful removal”, and we will inform you of these situations when they occur.
